So, being a Wii owner, I don't have very many rated M games. The fact that Nintendo has become a family company has very much disappointed me, but it is fun to get the family involved in Super Smash Bros. Brawl sometimes. I rented Dead Rising for the Wii the other day, knowing it wasn't going to be as fun as the original version. Knowing this, it was still a load of fun. It got me thinking about something though.
Like 7/9 games advertised on the television are for the Xbox 360, or PS3, or both. And those 7/9 games are ALMOST ALWAYS FIRST PERSON SHOOTERS! I'm tired of all of these games being sold for JUST THE XBOX AND PLAYSTATION, BECAUSE WHEN I ACTUALLY SEE ONE THAT LOOKS GOOD, IT'S NOT FOR THE WII!!!!
Actually, I'm tired of them in general. First person shooters were good during the 5th and 6th gen, but now... they're just trying to flaunt their console's features.
And that's all thats released anymore.
First person shooters, racing games, sports, and the occasional Guitar Hero/ Rock Band game (which I dont mind, I have all the Guitar Heros released for Wii). What ever happened to the classic 2-d side scrolling platformers? Or the good old sandbox/free roam games, such as Destroy All Humans! ?

Sonic 4 is 2D. I'm a third person man myself.

Sonic 4 is going to be a letdown to the series.
They shouldnt have named it sonic 4.
Go to Sonic Retro some time
