How do you put in audio in movie maker?

I want this music in my clip as the movie goes on. But my problem is how can I make the volume of my music a tad lower?

Select the audio, on the toolbar select Clip, Audio, Volume. That should do it.

You could use Format Factory to convert a video file into an MP3 and you can put that with the video. I would pre-save the movie first. Otherwise, the audio will be out of place or what some people call 'out of sync.'
